Intuitive eating therapy groups provide a supportive and empowering space for individuals to explore their relationship with food and their bodies. In these groups, participants are encouraged to trust their internal cues by listening to their bodies and honoring their hunger, fullness, and satisfaction levels. Facilitated by a licensed therapist and certified Intuitive Eating counselor, these groups will offer a safe environment where individuals can share their struggles, successes, and personal insights. Through discussions, activities, and experiential exercises, participants gain a deeper understanding of their emotional triggers, external influences, and eating patterns. With a focus on self-compassion and body acceptance, intuitive eating therapy groups foster a holistic approach to healing and nourishment that goes beyond restrictive diets.
